We are now offering a selection of 3, 4 and 7 night breaks here in Mid-Wales.  Some are yoga based, some creative and some a mixture of both.

If you would you like to come to any of these but cannot make the dates, or would like to come with your own group at a different time please get in touch, we might be able to put something together for you.
Every retreat follows the same timetable
10am - 1pm Workshop.  Guided by myself for yoga and joined by my mother for the creative and seasonal creative.  Please take a look below for a brief outline of each retreat and let me know if you have any questions or would like to book your spot.
You then have the rest of the day to do what you wish with! Some suggestions can also be found below along with more information with what is included and how the retreats work.

4 Nights - £399

Monday 28 March - Friday 1 April   Spring Crafting
There will be a selection of materials for you to use to craft with.  We will be helping you put together...maybe....
a spring wreath, table decoration, bunting,  front door stop plant pot decor, wool hanging decorations for an Easter tree.  All of the materials we supply will be natural and/or recycled.  We will also go for a forage if you would like to gather any natural materials from the garden or surrounding hillside and woods yourself.

Monday 13 June - Friday 17 June   Midsummer Yoga Retreat
Sun-salutations on the hillside anyone?!  Each morning we will practice a selection of energising and celebratory yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and personal reflection journaling designed to lift your energy and shine joyful awareness into our summer.

Monday 24 October - Friday 28 October    Intuitive Creative
A fusion of yoga, mediation, self-exploration and creativity.  Even if you have never considered yourself to be creative you will leave with an awakened sense of your ability to make things and make things happen! We will have a variety of craft materials from wool felting, crochet hooks, autumn wreaths and encourage you with a couple of short natural and seasonal foraging wanders about. You will leave this retreat with a seasonal decoration that you have made (we will help you!) and deeper connection to your intuitive sense.  Please bring a journal as we will be exploring what your intuitive self has to offer you in gaining a deeper understanding of what it is that you may really want to work towards in your life and how you can go about getting it!

7 Nights - £679

Saturday 7 May - Saturday 14 May    Relax & Resparkle
Saturday 17 September - Saturday 24 September    Relax & Resparkle
Aside from having a lovely time, enjoying some hatha yoga and meditation practices in beautiful surroundings - the three main aims of these retreats are:
To help you understand what stress is and where it may be impacting on your body and your life.
To help you clarify, and commit to, a positive alternative.
To plan and create your "resparklement".
Each class will work with a key theme. Over the week we will move from deep relaxation, to manifesting our desired alternative. We will aim to get specific with our own intentions, and there will be no pressure to share anything you don't wish too. We will work with a mixture of Hatha yoga asana, pranayama, mediation, mantra, gong and singing bowls, and optional discussion and journaling.
They are suitable for beginners.

3 Night Christmas Crafting - £349

Friday 18 November - Monday 21 November
Monday 28 November - Thursday 1 December
Each morning we gather to put together a variety of Christmas decorations with my mum and I on hand to help.
There will be the options to make a selection of wool, wool felt hanging decorations, a swag or table candle centre piece or festive bunting on the first two workshops, with everyone making a traditional wreath on the third.
All materials are supplied and are natural and locally sourced wherever possible.  If you have a project in mind or some bits that you would like to use please feel free to bring them along.
All retreats can be booked for a deposit of £99. Contact me via this button or the contact form below to book your spot.

Welcome Home…
Llandrindod Wells is nestled in the middle of Wales, this Victorian Spa Town boasts independent shops, bistros and cafes.  It’s also an energetic and natural wonderland of un-spoilt green landscape, prehistoric burial mounds and standing stones, natural healing wells, with miles and miles of rambling opportunities.

Llwynceubren is situated in Howey, just outside Llandrindod Wells.  It offers understated quality self catering accommodation.  The Farmstead thatched cottage dates back from the 13oos.  The barns and milking parlour annex, known as Cariad Home, are newer additions and filled with character.  Log burners, wood beams, views from every window, quality linen and china.  It is a truely unique space with a healing energy all of its’ own.

The Pole Barn is beautifully fitted and furnished it is light and airy, and will make a perfect studio space for our ‘inside time’.  It offers elevated views over the valley and jaw dropping sunsets. If it’s chilly the fire will be lit.  On dry and warm days we can take our mats to the hillside for some wild yoga practice amongst the surrounding nature.  Bliss!

Low-light pollution means star gazing is a feast for the soul, with moon-bathing always an option on bright moon nights!

Travelling to Cariad Home...
By Car – Cariad Home is based on a hillside in a village called Howey in Mid Wales.  Howey is on the A483 between the larger towns of Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells.   I will send a detailed map and contact details when your booking is confirmed.
By Rail – Llandrindod Wells Railway Station is served by the Heart Of Wales Line.  Running between Swansea and Shrewsbury.  It is a very beautiful train journey and my personal favourite way to come home to Llandod! There is a waiting taxi stand, or you can pre-book with Adys, Pro Cabs, or Georges.  I can send you the phone numbers if you wish.
By Air – Birmingham, Manchester, Cardiff and Bristol are all easy to reach us from.  Rail links or car hire are available from all.
