During the Covid Pandemic all of my offerings are on hold. If you are interested in any of these courses of retreats please pop me a message or join the mailing list for updates. All deposits are refundable during this time.
Are you interested in meditation and not sure where to start? Perhaps you have dabbled before and not found anything that works for you yet? Maybe you have practiced for years and interested to explore some new techniques?
This weekend explores four key areas of meditation. Over four 90 – 120 minute workshops we will explore the theme using two different practices, supported by yoga asana, mudra and pranayama. You will leave our weekend together with a meditation tool kit, physical practice and experience to relate too and handouts for each workshop for you to refer too.
Our style here is laid back, so there will be space for you to ask questions as we go and room for discussion within the group.
These weekends will be small groups and suitable for beginners.
We will join for four workshop classes, each focusing on a different approach to meditation. Friday evening will be Deep Relaxation, Saturday morning will be Movement, Saturday early evening will be Sound, and Sunday morning will be Mantra.
Brunch is included on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
That’s four classes, accommodation and two brunches all included in this price. You just need to get yourself here. Both the barn and the annex have kitchens so you can either cook up some dinner or pop down the road to the pub or Thai restaurant!
Each day there will be plenty of free time for you to get out and enjoy the nature surrounding us. Walk if you want, or read a book by the fire. It’s up to you!
If the weather allows, we will take to the hills and up to the prehistoric burial mounds for a practice. If it doesn’t, we will stay in our open plan studio barn space.
