Welcome Dear!
Today’s practice is about connecting with your inner energy, it’s called “Try Your Hand”. Take a look at the video below to give it a go!
It is a meditation I found a few years ago after an operation to remove endometriosis.  I had had my son and with a history of gynaecology problems the lead up to the operation had left me feeling quite confused about my relationship with my own womb!  After a general anaesthetic and laser surgery there was a strong need to reconnect.  This meditation helped me a great deal, I offer it regularly at events and workshops.  It’s so simple.

By energising the hands, becoming aware of their feeling and how you move them, then connecting them to a part of yourselves that you want to offer positive interation with, understanding, acceptance, love, intuitive guidance to…and many other posabilities!
Physical touch is something many of us underestimate the importance of.  I know I did.  Consciously raising our energy and sharing that energy with ourselves with a loving intention can help us create a significant shift in how we view, and connect with, ourselves.  It can help to reduce anxiety about a particular problem or feelings.
You can place your energised hands on your brow point for connecting and nurturing the bond with your intuitive self, or even your heart centre if you are feeling broken hearted or lonely.
And yes, I am going to go there…your yoni if you feel called.  There are so many of us women who can benefit from re-connecting and healing our relationships with our yonis!
What do I mean by “healing”?
This is really important.  I am not suggesting for one moment that you do not seek, or follow, medical advice if you are in pain, discomfort, or are worried you are unwell.  Always seek medical advice if you need too.
This meditation will not cure you of illness or disease.
The healing I am talking about here is about reconnecting and nurturing the broken bonds you may be experiencing with yourself on a soul and subtle body, or emotional, level.
For example…
In my case my cervix felt part of a clinical trial rather than my most intimate and powerful physical part.  When I placed my hands over my womb, I felt nervous, and then like I was coming home, back to myself, taking ownership of my body again.
When I felt angry at how I had misjudged my ex and was doubting my judgement, I placed my hands on my head and my heart. Connecting the two, allowing myself to get it wrong sometimes and healing the hurt my self-judgement had caused to my soul qualities of grounding, intuition and self-trust.  It was an emotionally self-healing process.
It is such a simple way to reconnect with yourself.  I hope you like it and find it useful.  Pop me a message below!
