This is a Mudra Meditation. One of the surprising side effects of lockdown is lethargy right?! Most of the people I talk to, like me, have good days and bad days and I have found this little mudra very helpful as a pick me up on those days where my energy is low and I am feeling down before my breakfast has even had time to digest!
So find a safe and comfortable spot, give yourself a full 15 minutes and relax and focus on bringing lightness back into your being and your day.
Like many people 'lockdown', Covid Quarantine, has been challenging for me. I have found myself coming back to practices picked up over 11 years of self-nurturing, yoga, meditation and coaching practices. I am not looking for new, rather reliable and tried and tested! Things I know I can do and will work. In this series I share with you the ones I have found the most useful during this difficult time.
