This is a collection of some of my favourite (if I included them all this playlist would play for days!) mantras and relaxing yoga music.
During the Covid lockdown whenever I get the chance I just put these on in the background, I have a a similar playlist on my ipod for the car and yoga practice (when Henry isnt here creating a very different soundtrack...) Just having them on in the background changes the vibration of myself and the environment I am in. I feel better. More relaxed and at ease. Literally everything feels better.
Give it a go. It couldn't be more easy. Just pop it on in the background and go about your business!
Like many people 'lockdown', Covid Quarantine, has been challenging for me. I have found myself coming back to practices picked up over 11 years of self-nurturing, yoga, meditation and coaching practices. I am not looking for new, rather reliable and tried and tested! Things I know I can do and will work. In this series I share with you the ones I have found the most useful during this difficult time.
