This video walks you through a combination of two breahing practices. Together they help create balance in our energy channels (nadis) and our sun (active) and moon (introspective) energy flows. They help maintain lung health and boost vitality and immunity. They can also help you find mental and emotional clarity. All of which have been hugly benificial to me over the last few months! I hope you find them useful too.
So, find a safe and comfortable spot, give yourself a full 20 minutes and relax and focus on bringing lightness back into your being and your day.
Like many people 'lockdown', Covid Quarantine, has been challenging for me. I have found myself coming back to practices picked up over 11 years of self-nurturing, yoga, meditation and coaching practices. I am not looking for new, rather reliable and tried and tested! Things I know I can do and will work. In this series I share with you the ones I have found the most useful during this difficult time. It is my hope that you find them useful.
