This is a guided meditation called Loving Kindness. It's as old as the hills and as healing and calming! So find a safe and comfortable spot, give yourself a full 20 minutes and relax.
This is honestly one of the most useful guided meditations I have ever practiced and shared. I hope it works for you too.
Like many people 'lockdown', Covid Quarantine, has been challenging for me. I have found myself coming back to practices picked up over 11 years of self-nurturing, yoga, meditation and coaching practices. I am not looking for new, rather reliable and tried and tested! Things I know I can do and will work.
