This is the intro for my new series of simple practices to help you feel brighter, lighter, happier and better able to cope with the strange and challenging time we find ourselves in.
Like many people 'lockdown', Covid Quarantine, has been challenging for me. I have found myself coming back to practices picked up over 11 years of self-nurturing, yoga, meditation and coaching practices. I am not looking for new, rather reliable and tried and tested! Things I know I can do and will work.
In this series I share with you the ones I have found the most useful during this difficult time. It is my hope that you find them useful. Please share these with anyone else you think might!
