I know I have shown you this one before and I am showing you again because it is perfect for 'end of season' work.
Particularly this winter, when so many of us are facing so many challenges, holding on to tension, fear, or lethargy. Taking a moment to rest and consciously allow ourselves to let go of whatever it is that feels right can be a very powerful practice.
The best part is that no matter how busy, overwhelmed or exhausted you might be feeling, Mudras are so gentle to do and yet very effecting at accessing our ability to make meaningful transformations.
Are you ready to move into spring? Do you still feel weighed down by this very difficult of winters. Then find a comfortable space and give yourself 15 mins to explore this. Once you have got it, it's a 1-3 minute practice once a day for the next couple of weeks (or whenever you can).
