This is from a little Facebook Live I did. I had a tooth out this week and some other crazy stressful stuff – this is one of my all time favorite meditations I have practiced for years and a go-to in these tricky times. I wanted to share it with you, so here it is!
Here I guide you through a simple practice exploring how we can create energy to direct back into ourselves where we need to offer ourselves some TLC. It also explores the idea of how subtle movements, rather than rounds of sun salutations for example, can be just as powerful as movement based meditation practices.
