So - My 40 day practice of Har mantra focusing on abundance has turned into an ongoing practice! There have been so many ups and downs, always something happening.
Why did I start it in the first place? Well, I want my business to grow, I would love to be able to reach and work with more people. I have come a long way in the last few years.

I can remember ranting "be present my arse" at various people, books and webpages. “Being present” is rolled out time and again as something we should do in order to feel better, be happier, cope with stress etc etc.
The problem is when you are unhappy, when life has thrown a tidal wave of awfulness
Stress is an inevitable part of life. It can be caused by negative occurrences outside of our control; grief, disappointment, finances, job security. But stress can also be a side effect of positive life transitions; moving on, re-training, starting a new relationship.
