![]() Full moons come and go all the time, so why was there so much chatter about this one? Don't get me wrong, last night's moon was beautiful. Big, bright, illuminating the clear sky above my home. But why all the fuss? I needed to investigate...... Apparetly the Aries full moon is a big deal because it is all about taking fearless action to instigate change. Now, I am not an astronomy or astrology expert! I am a coach. I work with my clients to identify where they are now, where they want to be, and how they can make that happen for themselves. "Aha!" I thought, "this all makes sense to me now". This moon is about instigating change to move forward, being your own warrior, moving in the direction you truly want to go in. JUST LIKE COACHING! Are you ready to progress? Would you like to receive a free coaching tool? Are you ready to look at where you are and where you want to be? If the answer is "YES!" then contact me at cghunt@live.com or via the 'contact me' page. I will send you an exercise I use with some of my clients, completely free of charge, called "The Wheel of Life" and some instructions on how to use it. The wheel helps you look at what is important in your life now, mark your current satisfaction level in this area, and identify how you can improve that mark with simple achievable actions. You are under absolutely no obligation to me or my services by requesting it. I am a true beleiver in taking positive action and personal development and transformation. And with my new bezzy mate the Aries Full Moon I would love to help you to do the same. Enjoy your courageous and transformational full moon day! With love Charlotte

![]() Autumn has well and truely arrived here in the UK. Summer is over and we find ourselves in a season of fruitful abundance. I love nature and although I am not religions I also love exploring cultural and religious beliefs and practices. Every so often I discover something that is wonderful and/or relevant and today is one such occasion. Today I heard about the Hindu Goddress Saraswati who is traditionally celebrated during Autumn. Saraswati is the goddess of learning, knowledge, and wisdom. As a beautiful woman she is beleived to represent the idea of the allure of these pursuits. Acknowledging her divinity signifies the start to our own journey for inner knowledge and wisdom. She has mental harmony which is attainable for all when we commit to our own journey of inner learning. My kind of goddess! I will happily celebrate this wonderful lady this Autumn and re-commit to my own journey of learning, knowledge, and wisdom. If you have any of your own empowerful Autumnal icons or practices please share them in the comments! ![]() What is happiness? The real question is what does happiness mean to you? How do you define it? On this Sunday I have had the most wonderful day filled with family, food, friends, and a couple of gins. Life is an amazing experience that we all share. When times are difficult and personal fulfiment seems hard to hope for it can be good to remember all the things we have got. I always have birds in my garden. My overweight cat will always want a cuddle. I will always love to paint my nails. And I can always learn, develop and move towards a more settled state of mind. I truely believe that whatever your definition of happiness is, it is achieveable in each individual moment we experience. Even if you believe your current situation is not ideal. Every moment can be a leap of faith towards your true bright shiny self. |
