Hello! For those who cannot make the WWPC or want some extra reflection and insight this moon cycle, here are some info and activities to try below. Let me know how you get on. Falling a 10.21am in UK. This new moon is feminine in energy. The constellation of Pisces is represented as a fish and is associated with the element of water. It's ruling planets are: Neptune - universal love and inspiration Jupiter - blessings and expansion. In the 12th House. This reflects the unconscious. PracticePart One Begin by carving out half an hour for yourself on or a few days before or after 13 March in your diary. Gather your candle, crystal, journal/paper and something to write with. Consider a way to bring the element of water into this simple ritual. You could play some water sounds, or pour a little bowl of water to have with you for this practice. Simply come into a space where you can be aware of your breathing. Relax your shoulders, find an ease and allow your thoughts to come and go. When you feel peaceful and ready consider... What do I consider sacred and divine? How do I engage with these? What is my relationship to my spirituality? How can I make this relationship stronger? What will I do over this new moon cycle to continue this exploration of the divine and my spirituality? When you have gathered some thoughts pick up your journal and spend a few minutes making any notes in whatever way feels right to explore and record your reflections. Part Two Make a daily practice of gratitude. Using your journal spend 5 minutes each day making a list of all the things you are grateful for. First thing or last thing, in the bath, after breakfast, it doesn't matter when, just commit to do it and pick a time you can easily fit in your life. These lists can be repetitive and seem random at times. It can be really interesting to see our mindset shift to be more positive when we do this again and again. You may be surprised what pops into your mind when you think you are finished. Dig around and keep asking yourself "what else am I grateful for?" and "what else can I be grateful for?". Part three Choose to Flow. Consider where your boundaries are. Notice how you move. Remember how powerful and essential you are. Notice when your thoughts are ridged or blocking you from movement. Practice the mudra I share with you on the Let's Celebrate March Page. Here are some suggestions to flow more freely... Dance - think modern ballet style. Let go - be carried by the day you are having rather than the day you thought you would have or what you wanted to do. Go to bed - when you are tired, even if its 7pm and you normally go at 11pm. Allow your days to unfold and yourself to be carried on their current. The pandemic situation has meant many of us simply don't have the constraints of a commute or school run or the same errands. Many of our desires are denied for now. This can be a very frustrating reality. What if you let go? What if we all let go of the idea of going back and let ourselves be carried to a new place? Between the new moon and the full moon choose to flow in whatever way feels right for you. Do something different every day and keep what works! ![]()
